Let us do the legwork for you. We've selected the finest courses, attractions, and accommodations to guarantee a seamless golf getaway experience.
Day 1 - Friday:
Arrive at your preferred home-away-from-home for the weekend. Our recommendations include the luxurious Hammock Beach Resort & Spa (pictured above) or the ultra-comfortable Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast. Both options are just minutes from some of the top courses, outdoor adventures, and delicious restaurants.
Once you’ve dropped your luggage off, make yourself at home and unwind for a bit at the hotel or resort, taking in the coastal breeze or cooling off with a dip in the pool.
Start the weekend with a welcome feast at one the Hammock Beach’s onsite restaurants. Enjoy the sweeping waterfront views and “shore-to-table” entrees at the Atlantic Grille, kick back with a beer and watch the game at Loggerheads Sports Pub, or if you’ve got golf on the mind and want an early mean head to Hammock House, a casual restaurant with a wide veranda featuring spectacular ocean views overlooking the 9th green.
For an after dinner drink, head to Cork & Pint — a wine & tap room featuring over 200 craft beers, 70 fine wines, and tapas style food served until 2 AM every night.
Day 2 - Saturday:
For breakfast, grab a French Toast Breakfast Sandwich and a cup of Joe at Beach Belly Bob’s- a local favorite and Flagler Beach staple!
Then it's time to tee off! Experience the thrill of playing on one of Palm Coast's renowned golf courses. Consider options like the Conservatory Course or Ocean Course at Hammock Beach, Palm Harbor Golf Club, or LPGA International - home to The Hills Course and Jones Course.
After your round, unwind and recharge at your leisure. Palm Coast offers a variety of options for relaxation and exploration. Recover on the beach and soak up the sun, indulge in a spa treatment for ultimate relaxation, or explore Hammock Beach Resort's amenities.
For those seeking outdoor adventures, Palm Coast's parks and beaches offer a variety of activities, including swimming, fishing, hiking, paddling, and wildlife watching. As a coastal town with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and 70 miles of saltwater and freshwater canals, Palm Coast is also an angler's paradise. Try your luck at pier, surf, or shore fishing to catch a variety of desirable species, including snapper, snook, red drum, and flounder.
After a long day golfing and exploring, satisfy your hunger with a delicious meal. Enjoy a casual dinner at the resort or venture out to explore Palm Coast's vibrant dining scene. For a truly unique experience, head to JT's Seafood Shack and try their famous deep-fried alligator and conch fritters.
If you're looking for a convenient and delicious option, grab a bite at Looper's Par and Grill. This full-service restaurant, located right on the Palm Harbor golf course, offers a casual atmosphere, delicious seafood specials, and a warm welcome to all golfers.
Day 3 - Sunday:
Start day three by teeing off at one of Palm Coast's remaining top-rated courses: Cypress Knoll Golf and Country Club or Halifax Plantation Golf Club.
Cypress Knoll Golf and Country Club is a Gary Player-designed championship course known for its beautiful scenery, challenging layout, and well-maintained conditions. If you're short on time before your departure, consider a quick 9-hole round at Cypress Knoll to get in one last round of golf before heading out.
Halifax Plantation Golf Club is another excellent choice for your final round. Designed by Bill Amick, this course offers a more traditional Florida golf experience with its lush landscaping, mature trees, and rolling terrain. The fairways are generous, but the greens can be challenging, making it a rewarding course to play.
Before saying goodbye to Palm Coast, enjoy one last delicious meal with a local flavor. Check out The Pub or The Tavern at Halifax Plantation Golf Club. Straight through the clubhouse front doors, enjoy a pint and a burger at the bar with their wonderful staff.
Looking for more of the local flavors? Soak up the ocean breeze and panoramic patio views at the Oceanside Bar & Grill. Or enjoy a little surf and turf at Captain BBQ’s Bait & Tackle where their meats and side dishes are slow-cooked to perfection.
Pro-tip: Try the Beef Brisket plate with a side of homemade cornbread. You won’t regret it.
After lunch, take some time to explore Palm Coast's charming downtown area. Visit European Village to get a taste of the local culture. Grab a locally brewed beer at Coquina Coast Brewing Company.
Pro-tip: Grab a pint of the The Lehigh Muscadine Saison which includes wild muscadine grapes—picked just a few miles down the road!
Beyond the Greens:
- Book a glass-bottom guided eco-tour and explore Florida’s coastal region
- Take a Backwater Cat Adventure boat tours and explore Flagler County’s waterways while driving your own “waterborne go-kart”
